He knew the whole process and helped us with it throughout, coordinating between my insurance company and my mortgage company. HOA, Town permits... and ourselves. You name it, they did it. Andrew scheduled the work to be completed in 1 day, as the weather was finicky and the work had to be done in between storms. The crew arrived early in the morning, worked furiously through the day and were done in the evening. They took care of the cleaning and I did not even need to dust my patio afterwards. Who knew you could find good customer service in this day and age! The roof looks great, and it already went through a small new hailstorm and still looks great.
