"We asked for chain link gate system to span 14 ft driveway. We expressed that we wanted it secure from outside pests and secure for any pets that we might want in the future. An estimate of $1800 was given. I paid $900 with American Express Credit card and stated I would pay the balance when job was completed. We started this in March, and they say it is completed yesterday morning (5/14). The gates are not vertically perpendicular, and one sags and can be moved up and down by hand. The opening between the gates is enough that the neighbor's dog can enter. May 1st, they turned around in our neighbor's driveway getting their trailer stuck in their yard. They said they would repair and have yet to do it. Our neighbor requested their information to contact them about it. I notified him yesterday and he texted me they were "taking care of yard today." It still has deep ruts in their yard."
