S&P gave us the lowest bid, worked very well with our architect, were always professional and completed an outstanding job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Comment: First of all, this project is for a 1995 doublewide. My dad is almost 80 years old and because he fell, while taking a shower, between the tub and toilet (about 2 years ago), now he will not even get in the tub - he sits on the commode and bathes himself. I want his tub removed and a very nice shower stall to fill the space. The commode, sink and vanity, flooring, wallpaper all need to be improved - at least a little bit. We are not rich; we do not need high-end equipment. Dad and I both are on fixed incomes, so I would like to consider any and all financing optional.
