"A year ago, April 2024 I had this asphalt company resurface my residential driveway. I told the owner-Ralph please make sure you grade the driveway to the right so when it rains water veers to the side. The next couple of days it rained, and I had huge puddles in my driveway. I contacted the owner and explained I was not pleased with the appearance of the driveway, it looked horribly discolored, with rainwater puddles like it hadn?t been asphalted. The owner made excuses and said there would be puddles in the driveway. He said he couldn?t do anything about the discoloration until the driveway sealed after 6 months. He said he would not charge me for resealing. After a certain time had passed, I called the owner back reminding him I was not pleased with driveway. He assured me he would reseal the driveway at ?no charge?. It?s been 14 months now I have not heard back from the owner to date. I ended up going to another company to reseal my driveway. I would tell anyone, DO NOT"
