"Technician came out and cleaned both AC units. Had a special where one was free and the other was 49.00 From Louisville Home show. He cleaned units then told my daughter we needed 1000.00 in repairs. He talked to me on cell phone and told me that there were miraculously 2 chipmunk nests, one in each unit. Stated that the relays in both units needed to be replaced, that they had black marks on them. He said it would cost 319.00 for each unit to replace relay, he then said one of the units also needed a sort of resistor replaced and that would also cost 319.00 I asked if I could buy parts From him and do myself and he said no, we don’t sell just parts. I told him I’d get parts from amazon then. I told him both units worked just fine and that I got a deal on the cleaning and that was why he was there.he actually laughed and said ah yeah you’re right both units work fine. He must have taken the chipmunk nests with him as there was no evidence of them at all and nothing in garbage can outside. I have never seen one chipmunk or even a squirrel at my home in the 6 years I’ve been there. He wrote on the receipt that both units are old (15+ years) and I should consider replacing. Can’t help but wonder where his thinking was(replace both units or invest 1000.00 into two units that work fine) I could have been a good customer in the future but now I don’t trust them one bit. Line of crap talk was what that was. Very disappointed."

Robert (Robbie) J. Hornback is a 3rd generation carpenter. Born and raised in Southern Indiana, as a child, Robbie accompanied his step father to job sites during summer breaks. Robbie learned at an early age, the basic concepts of building and restoration. Upon the completion of high school, Robbie decided to further his education in the construction field and make it his profession. Robbie attended ITT Technical Institute and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and an Associate in Computer Drafting and Design. Today, Robbie is a general contractor, licensed in the state of Indiana and possesses experience and skills in the following disciplines: Senior citizen,military,church, and emergency response discounts. We had 3 estimates from 3 contractors, Robbie Hornback Design was 40% less, while using quality material. In addition, he honored my husband by giving us a military discount. Robbie was professional, detail oriented and extremely helpful with suggestions on how to use our budget most effectively. Robbie insured all work with a warranty. In addition, he worked very close with our city Building Commissioner to insure all work was approved and passed inspection. When he started our project, his brother Mike was part of the team. However, Mike became ill and was not able to contiune with our project. However, Robbie immediately found a replacement. Robbie's new worker was Kahlier and Kahlier did a outstanding job and worked very hard with Robbie to complete our project. Words can'nt express how much we appreciate Robbie, Mike and Kahlier. We're happy our project is complete but we already miss them so much. They have become part of our family and are always welcome to stop by our house anytime. Oh forgot to mention, they mopped, sweep, sowed grass seed and so much more. They were simply awesome!!!!!!"

"Bud and his Team did an outstanding job of construction. We did inspections of the work every few days to ensure that everything was going to plan and to our liking. If we say things that we did not like they were addressed that day or the next without a lot of back and forth and explainations as to why something was the way that it was, It was addressed to our standards. We made a few modifications to the plans during the process and the price decreased and that was discussed and was taken off of the final negotiated price of the project. I also liked the fact that we paid during phases of construction and a final payment was agreed upon after we both were satified that everything on the punchlist was satified. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again"
