"Handyman had problems installing a chandelier in kitchen (t would fade out when set at higher brightness), two exterior light fixtures which caused the interior lights to not come on correctly. This caused a shorting out of the wiring. They replaced two additional fixtures and helped me change burned out bulbs on the highest exterior sensor lights which help light the way as there are skunks, bears, elk and foxes which frequent our property. <br /> The guys came out, Troubleshot the the issues the morning I called them, they replaced additional sensor lights on the exterior of the house for us. <br /> Repaired the Exterior Trip for House which my husband installed backwards and got it working correctly. <br /> Fast and efficient work by two men. <br /> They did a fantastic job. <br /> I would highly recommend them. <br /> Very happy customer who will use them again! <br />"

"To start, I am a building inspector by profession and understand what to look for when it comes to construction trades.  Planning for the work was a pleasure with David providing several plans and suggesting options.  Unlike other landscaping companies, we felt like we were in total control and David was there to provide support throughout the process.  Once a design and price estimate was set, the job was scheduled.  Materials started to arrive before the job kick-off date which reassured us that the work was going to progress on schedule.  The first effort was removal of old landscaping (gravel, rocks, bushes, trees) and opening of a block wall to connect front an back yards.  All of that was done within one full day.  Remarkable!  Next was grading and leveling to prepare for a sunken seating area and construction of the courtyard wall.  This is about the time that I changed scope and suggested electrical capacity in the area to make the area ready for hosting outdoor parties.  David took it in stride and scheduled an electrical contractor to come in and do the work.  I even added six more outlets in the garage as a side job (why not with the electrician there?).  My wife asked for a decorative sun design to be added to the exterior of the wall at the entry to the courtyard and David put his artistic skills to work duplicating a design she found in a magazine.  Perfect!  Power was run to the courtyard area for a fountain, 110V within the walls, and a control switch located in the garage.   The wall construction was done with attention to detail and came out beautifully.  Next was concrete pour for several decorative pads, low-voltage wiring, and placement of varied materials.  The work was completed quickly and it looked great.  Lastly was the installation of a wireless entry call button and camera.  The add-on looks like it was purpose built for the job and wall location. All work was performed quickly with a high-degree of craftsmanship and quality.  Daily clean up and respect for the fact that this is a home and not just some job site was greatly appreciated.  I highly recommend Mountain Paradise Landscaping for all your needs.  We will be calling them next year for the back yard to be done."

"Joe had to cut out part of the entry-way ceiling, replace it, plaster and paint over it.   If we didn't know exactly where the work was done we would never know it had been damaged and repaired.   Even though it was a very small job he treated it and us as if it was the most important thing on his schedule.  He also helped us figure out where a window was leaking, and sealed it so it doesn't leak anymore.  He was professional, efficient, cleaned up after himself and was very friendly too!  We plan to use him again for our next project. <br />"
