"I am very pleased with the service and equipment. Patrick was prompt, did the work quickly and cleaned up afterward. His price was very reasonable and he has called to check on the system and make sure I am satisfied. I know he will be there right away if I have any problems. I had no experience with choosing a system for an older house in Santa Fe. There is no ductwork. It was heated with a wood stove. The mini split system has given me three zones in the house where I can control the heat or cooling separately. This is perfect for me because I don't have to heat or cool areas that I am not using."

"From the moment I called to get an estimate, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Joshua Miller came out to inspect the old unit and promptly gave me a written quote. The quote was lower than one I had received from another plumbing company for a 14 seer unit. Darion and Erik who did the installation were prompt, very professional and courteous, explaining everything they did, showing me photos, etc. They went the extra mile to make the unit look nice from the street. When having the unit inspected by the city of Rio Rancho, the inspector told me they had done a superb job, one of the best he had seen. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for some plumbing issues in the future."

"Wonderfully. The installers were thorough, professional, on-time, patient with instruction, and even fixed one or two things outside the scope of the work. I've used TLC for many different kinds of projects in my home, from the very small to replacing all the piping underneath my house and yard so I've experienced their work quality and the quality of their interaction with the customer. They're professional through and through, and I feel confident when I use their services. And their estimators are excellent as well, staying in contact before the job and answering all my questions so that everything works out. Can't say enough good about this company and the quality of their employees and their work."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"John Lial and his father were very professional. When we needed to have an additional circuit breaker installed to handle the A/C, they found an electrician and came out on a Sunday to do the quote. Only issue was they only worked four to five hours the first two days, arrived later than expected each day and the job took 6 days to complete. They were late one day due to having to pick up the unit, and they did stay until everything was working properly, did a good clean up job and were courteous throughout."

"Technician was very professional and knowledgeable of his career choice. He was very polite and informative of the unit. I highly recommend Etsitty’s mechanical services"

"They've been here for about 18 years now. The services are great, they're 24/7 company, they're here anytime I need them, they were honest, they always come based on time and date. I would definitely recommend them."

"The service technician Ron and the other guy AJ were extremely helpful. They fixed our ductwork in such a professional manner I wouldn't call anyone else for HVAC again truly some of the best customer service"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
