His price was very reasonable and he has called to check on the system and make sure I am satisfied. I know he will be there right away if I have any problems. I had no experience with choosing a system for an older house in Santa Fe. There is no ductwork. It was heated with a wood stove. The mini split system has given me three zones in the house where I can control the heat or cooling separately. This is perfect for me because I don't have to heat or cool areas that I am not using."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"The gentlemen that came out to install the air conditioner were very professional and personable. The quality of work so far seems to be really good. :) The only complaint I have is that we had ordered a side draft air conditioner but when they arrived they brought a down draft. They took it back to exchange it and ended up calling us saying that they were going to charge an $45 extra for a gas fee for having to return the air conditioner. I believe it was their mistake and we shouldn't have been charged the extra fee. But it was a take it or leave it attitude and even with the fee they were lower then some of the quotes we got."

"John Lial and his father were very professional. When we needed to have an additional circuit breaker installed to handle the A/C, they found an electrician and came out on a Sunday to do the quote. Only issue was they only worked four to five hours the first two days, arrived later than expected each day and the job took 6 days to complete. They were late one day due to having to pick up the unit, and they did stay until everything was working properly, did a good clean up job and were courteous throughout."
