"This is the 2nd time I have had Luckner out to diagnose and repair my washing machine. I had a brand new Electrolux washer installed by Electrolux 10 days ago. They replaced the water hoses with hoses that were inferior after I asked them to use the ones I had. One of the hoses had a kink in it and was restricting the water supply. Luckner put my original hoses onto the new machine and the problem was solved. He will forever be my Electrolux repair man! Thanks so much Luckner! "The Pro was supposed to come on June 30th at 5:00 p.m. When he did not show up I called his phone number and got his brother. His brother said he would come at 7:30 p.m. which he did, but he did not fix my two items completely. He was booked to come back on July 12th to finish the job but never showed up despite me leaving two messages on his voicemail and texting him to remind him to come. He never came nor responded to me."

I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
