"Mel completely remodeled our farmhouse from top to bottom, including all of the plumbing, electrical, flooring, insulation, drywall, windows, doors, HVAC and exterior siding. Extensive repairs were needed to the framing and the floors had to be leveled. A portion of the roof had to be completely removed and replaced. We chose to add a bathroom as well. Mel was able to accommodate the changes we asked for during construction without any problems and the finished product exceeded our expectations.
