Our story began in 2014 when Door Works merged Groenewal/ Ramsey/Raynor Door and Garden State Door. These companies served the residential and commercial door needs for Bergen County for decades. We grew more by joining with Bridgewater Overhead Door and Hillsborough Doors. Today, Door Works is a one-stop shop for all your commercial and residential garage door needs, from sales and installation to service. We expanded our service area from Bergen County to include the entire state of New Jersey and the metropolitan New York area. Our Elmwood Park location is the largest garage door showroom in the state of New Jersey. We represent the leading names in the door industry combined with a knowledgeable and experienced staff that can solve any issue they see in the field. "I had two garage doors, opener, and tracks installed two and a half years ago. One of the garage doors had the bracket snap when my daughter opened it. When I looked at the other door, I saw the bracket had been installed upside down and had been cut so there was only 1/8" of metal (Pics attached) It's no wonder it broke! I called and eventually got a call back from the "Manager" I asked him to come out and fix it, and he told me that it was only a 1 year warranty and since it was out of warranty he would have to charge me full price for the materials and labor. I asked if he was ok with such a crap a** job and he told me it was company policy and they usually don't install like that anymore since the company was purchased. I asked him to email me his policy and he promised he would.... of course he sent nothing. It's ironic that the company is named Door Works, since eventually you will end up with a door that doesn't."
