"Alberto has done a great job for us at a reasonable price by comparing to other contractors’ quotes. He is honest and hard working and very flexible with time. His goal is to make us feel satisfied with the work he did. For example, overall job looks nice, we noted two small areas need to be fixed (no job is 100% perfect), Alberto proactively came back to help fix those areas, and made sure we are satisfied before paying him.
