He came on a Friday afternoon, with his family in the truck, as they were going out of town, but he wanted to check our roof first. He looked in the attic and took pictures to show us. He then went on the roof and used the video phone app to walk us through the problem and the repair. He fixed the issue, and then set off on this trip. "Awesome job. Two roofs were completed in one day to include the clean up. They actually come back to do another nail check with magnets to make sure you don’t get flat tires. Please call David first before the insurance adjuster. I did not do this and my adjuster did not measure correctly and missed a lot of damage however David works with your insurance company to make sure you get everything covered. He is an expert with insurance company so I was taken care of. I had damaged siding that was not covered but he gave me an excellent price to fix everything. Professional crew and Taylor his supervisor is there to make sure everything is done correctly and on time. Call SOS roofing even if you don’t have an insurance claim just need a roof. "Bill came out the same day I called for an estimate. He was 1 of 5 estimates I scheduled; I canceled the last one after he was out-I knew I had the guy for the job! He was very honest-the composite roof I had installed 10 yrs prior had to come off-could not be repaired. I had been told this by others as well, but Bill explained exactly why and what would be involved. He and his crew came out and worked (really worked) to remove the roofing down to the decking, replaced the bad sheets, and then began installing the new roof. Bill had to remove and flash a skylight that had been leaking as well as replacing chimney flashing, boots, etc. Everything was done to perfection and the area was so clean when they finished, you would never imagine the mess they had to take care of! I highly recommend Murph's Roofing for any repair or replacement work you need! Lisa (office) was just as amazing to work with-answered my questions and took care of scheduling and kept me updated of any changes due to weather. What started as an awful situation (not covered by insurance) ended with a great new roof at an affordable rate and a great feeling that there are still truly good, honest, hard-working people out to help and not take advantage in a hard situation!"
