The GM, Benny, and his crew fully delivered! The same day Benny reached out to me, his crew installed a temporary tarp during the rain storm. Two days later, after the rain stopped, the roof was completely replaced, which included replacing all of the plywood and the asphalt shingles, insulation, and flashing of the chimney. Since I was out of state during the project, Benny, periodically sent pics at every stage of the project, which kept me well informed and gave me a piece of mind that I hired the right company. "Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Zack was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. The support from Zack was professional and timely when questions arose. Only minutes passed before a call or email was returned with answers to my inquiries."

"Ylber (Jimmy) and his nephew who came to work were both very professional, courteous and honest. I had called them since I had noticed couple of shingles coming off the roof. Jimmy advised that roof needed some repairs as the rubber coverings around the flashings were completely worn out and there were quite a few shingles missing. Also recommended painting the chimney covering rather than replacing the entire cover due to rust which would cost lot of money. "They physically got on the very steep roof and inspected the roof before providing estimate. Took photos to illustrate issues with roof. Ultra pro provided a fair estimate. Friendly to work with. Completed the project within 2 days (big roof) and did an excellent job of installing the new asphalt shingles. They also replaced many covers and the vent fan. They also report using 6 nails per shingle to properly secure shingles to roof. My only criticism is they could have used more tarps to make clean up easier and more thorough for themselves. Nevertheless, a weekend DIY warrior who recommends these guys."
