"Facing replacing the shingles on my roof was a new adventure for me. Zack was most helpful in explaining the procedure and followed through on every detail. He is most professional and knowledgeable and the job was performed timely, efficiently and with very minimal inconvenience. The workers were fast and efficient and cleaned up amazingly thorough. The old shingles had to be removed, plywood placed before the new shinlges were installed. It made for a lot of hard work and created a bit of a mess. However my yard, patio and pool area was in perfect condition at the completion of the job. They even crawled under the bushes to gather and remove any fallen material. "Work included painting 20ft ceiling/walls of living room dining room several foyers and loft., also repaired walls speckled where necessary. From initial phone/email contact appointment was made and kept in a timely matter. Work was completed per contract. Owner very personable. Did not require payment until work was completed. "After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. However, they were diligent and professional throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. The wall looks great and is an appealing improvement to the home. We will be using them again to replace our patio in our backyard."

"Milestone did a very good job at repointing (removing the old, crumbling mortar and replacing it with fresh, new waterproof mortar). Mik is very professional and is fair in his pricing. Communication with him was never an issue. His crew are very nice guys who did an excellent job. The finished job did not look like someone fat-fingered the mortar into place. Instead, the mortar lines are straight and clean. I would absolutely hire Milestone again."
