"This experience is proof that great people know great people!   <br /> Carl was not able to do the work personally because, as is typically the case, the great ones in any craft are difficult to get a hold of; his schedule was fully booked for the remainder of the year.  His wife provided me with suggestions for getting through the winter as well as checking with others that were capable and reliable that Carl would be comfortable referring me to.  They referred me to Kevin Lupo, who did an outstanding job.   <br /> Everything worked out as expected.  I explained my expectations in terms of protecting the roof and making sure that no debris or residual materials were left on the roof.  Kevin and I agreed on a price range, and we scheduled the work.  In that, Kevin was very flexible allowing for my work schedule so I was able to be there while he was working.  Kevin and his assistant were there and working without any need for supervision on my part -- which was good because I needed to be working while I was there.
