"I requested a quote from Concept Flooring on Angie's List and received a response quickly from Bryan. He was easy to work with, provided information quickly, and was able to provide a fair quote. He brought samples to my work to take home so my wife and I could decide on what flooring we would like. Upon install, the team was punctual and did great work. I would recommend highly."

"VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW. ON TIME AND WORK LATE TO FINISH THE FLOORING. REDESIGNED STAIRCASE WITH FLOORING MATERIAL MATCHING THE FLOOR. CLEANED UP AFTER THE INSTALLATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JM FLOORING"

"This company did an excellent job of earning my business. The store associate I worked with showed me different flooring options to replace the carpet in my new home. He brought numerous samples of the Luxury Vinyl Plank I chose to my house and gave me a free estimate. One week later my new floors were installed. They looked even better than I had expected. They did not have to order an extra 10% of the flooring to allow for waste. Their installers have had so much experience laying floors, they only order what they are sure they will need. I am a happy customer!"

"We were given a very competitive bid for removing our existing carpet and replacing it with Luxury Vinyl Plank. The work was done according to the timing agreed upon. The workers were pleasant and diligent. We are very pleased with our beautiful new flooring!"

"The guys moved all the furniture/appliances out of the rooms, pulled up all the old flooring, laid the new vinyl plank flooring, including molding and caulking. They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place. They were very nice, professional, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate their solid work ethic, and politeness. When it comes time to do another flooring project, I will definitely be calling these guys."

"We were absolutely thrilled with Footprints Floors! Noel and his team removed the existing carpet in our carriage house and our basement, and installed various types of ceramic tile, including a floor-to-ceiling tile backsplash in the carriage house kitchen. This was an extremely large job with a ton of complications (none having to do with Footprints - things like weird wiring in the carriage house kitchen, uneven and cracked subflooring in the basement, etc.) but they handled everything professionally, and for a reasonable price. I especially appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to solve problems -- at one point, they even brought in an electrician to fix a wiring problem they discovered! As for our new floors, the craftsmanship and installation work was incredible - they did a great job, and the finished product looks amazing. Moreover, the workers arrived promptly, cleaned up well, and were very friendly. Noel showed up to check on their progress every day, and provided me regular updates; for a massive project, they made it all as seamless and stress-free as possible. I just wish Footprints did more than just floors, because I'd hire them for everything - truly one of the best companies (and some of the friendliest people!) we've ever worked with, and we can't recommend them highly enough!"

"When my wife and I bought another home that needed floors, we knew exactly who to go to. We've used Bertolli Floors before, and with all the uncertainties that came with the home purchase during COVID 19, using them was not one of them (thank God). It's really nice to know there are floor installation professionals like Bruno and his team out there. You can depend on them. Their word is good, and their work is even better. They installed over a thousand square feet of tile for me, and they delivered better than expected, the first time through! No re-runs for these guys. They did the work of an artist, really, and I'm sure we'll use them again."

"We wanted to completely move away from synthetic vinyl and bring real warmth into our home, and Breakthrough Flooring delivered beyond our expectations. They helped us source gorgeous, authentic hardwood with that exact mid-tone cinnamon russet warmth—not too dark, not too bright, and zero orange undertones. The natural grain variations look breathtaking, and the installation team's craftsmanship on the trim and transitions was top-tier. If you want a family-owned team that listens to every detail and values true quality, call Breakthrough Flooring!"
