It has continually slipped down from the top, only to have it pulled back up again and again over the years , by another company, time after time, as I got tired of the excuses given as to why it was slipping, and why it could not be fixed. They also installed a new drain, which buckled all around the drain, shortly after it was installed. Put several calls into the owner after this installation happened for an answer, or a repair. He never returned any of my calls."

"I previously rated Hearthstone with 2 stars. This was a result of incomplete work and poor communication throughout the build process. The rating was driven by the poor performance of a project manager which the owner had to part ways with. Finding good workers is difficult these days so I will give Hearthstone a hall pass on that. Brad, the owner, recognized the employee was not up to his high performance standards and corrected the situation. Brad has stood behind his work and has not abandoned me or a few punch list items well after most of the project was completed. The pool is beautiful and it's good to know the owner takes pride in his work and is there for support well after the sales has been made."
