I mentioned I had actually wanted to replace the wall with railroad ties to match the other half of my yard but was having difficulty finding someone to do that, so had settled on patching the wall. Mike offered to put the railroad retaining wall up - which he did and took care of backfilling with dirt. Even though there was delays, due to rain, he kept me appraised of what was going on and when he'd be there. If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought. I paid him the extra to ensure that he was fairly compensated, but he would have graciously accepted the estimate he had given. He was professional, nice and did a quality job.
