The wood was on sale and he let us know that and we were able to get a few more things replaced on the deck. He showed up on time, worked hard all day, and did a wonderful job. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

He was able to come up with a better solution for the dryer vent than the appliance repair man and was not at all hesitant to go into the crawlspace to repair it properly. He was able to correct the light switch which was originally put in improperly by a licensed electrician. Mo was knowledgeable and professional and completed the work in a timely manner.  His fee was very reasonable and I will definitely use Mo again for a variety of household improvements we will be making in the near future. <br />"
