Ed arrived late in the day (second week of November 2017), about 2 hours before dark, and immediately went to work on my problem. He could not complete the project before dark, but told me he suspected a broken main line feeding the septic tank. Ed came back early the next morning with heavy equipment and dug up the soil surrounding my septic tank. He was correct in his original diagnosis that the main sewer line was severed.
