"I had a serious back up in garbage disposal to main pipes in basement lwhich left lots of water & major odor 9n basement floor. I called Norm Friday 2/19/26 desp for help.. I thought it was from washer. Norm, was on it right away that evening he sent Antonio to look at the issue. Norm, gave us a quote and had his guys out first thing Sat morning. They were early, and professional tackled the basement back up with snake so professionally. Back up problem solved lots of HARD work and dedication. Basement clean up was outstanding. All that water gone. Everything back in working order. Norm expressed several times the garbage disposal is not a trash can. Thank you Norm. Just to share its not a trash can and will do serious damage. This is my second time having Norm and his guys do a job. Highly recommended Norm and his team to do your next project. Give him a call. " wish I could leave zero stars! Shoddy workmanship and mediocre at best materials. It took over 6 months to actually "finish" the bath room remodel. 3 defective vanity tops, plumbing parts needed replacement, shower doors had to be replaced as well. the vanity cabinet has crooked drawers. Everything, of course, was the fault of the manufacturer. I will be paying for this bathroom the rest of my life, only to regret it every single day! As a public service, I strongly encourage you to use a different company to not live with permanent regret and disappointment."

"I had Hometown Construction redo the tile in both of my showers. The main bathroom they took out the tub converted to shower only all new tile to ceiling, new floor, shower doors.Second shower new floor, walls, tile to the ceiling. New fixtures in both. They came out beautiful!! Today they put in my new counter top in the kitchen. I absolutely love all the work that this company has done for me. Thank you Josh & Shawn for making sure that every thing came out perfect. Your teams came in all were so nice and professional. And knew what was happening in each step. "Do NOT recommend NoCo Accents. We hired them for basement framing, and the crew made a serious mistake by pushing our main waste line upward to make framing easier?something that could have caused major drainage issues if not caught. When I raised this, the owner said their framers are ?not professional plumbers? and were just following the blueprint, which is concerning. Basic common sense should prevent altering a main waste line, and it raises concerns about other homes having hidden issues. Not accounting for the waste line in the blueprint is also a major oversight. On top of that, we were charged an excessive disposal fee, yet the crew used my property as a dump, piling trash in the field instead of disposing of it properly. Between the poor planning, workmanship, and pricing, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
