They did an entire bedroom renovation and added an entire new bathroom and upgraded my other 2 bathrooms all within 6 weeks and everything was done so efficiently and professionally. He was easy to work with and took extra time to go over our plan to make sure i was happy with everything and even made some great suggestions that improved the overall layout of the room. i was nervous at first because the last person i had hired to do some work on my place, left halfway and never finished. i was so happy i found Joshua because he was very easy going and a pleasure to work with and had a good attitude throughout the entire process. "We had a few projects that we hired Monte to work on. Monte was very competent, honest and knowledgeable with everything we asked him to do for us. Monte did alot of drywall repair after we moved some lighting and other electrical work which created holes. The ceiling pattern was very hard to match and Monte did a great job. You cannot tell where he patched over the many holes. We had a steel garage door replaced and he did a great job. We had Monte rebuilt a kitchen drawer that was missing. He did a great job and it works fine. We also had an electrical problem, after the electrician we hired messed some things up. Monte figured out what the problem was. The electrical should have known. We had him remove a stinky chicken coop and I was very thankful he agreed to remove it. Monte did a great job and on everything we asked him to do and I am very happy I found a good contractor who can do work for me in Fort Colins. We agreed on a price and there were no surprises, no hidden fees. I will definitely use him again in the future."
