"We hired Maxima Concrete after getting 3 estimates, they were competitively priced, and we saw the patio and walkway project they did for my sister last year and that turned out great. Tom the estimator had great input on what we had in mind. Jacquie in the office was friendly and very helpful answering questions as needed. Tear out and form setup was on July 16th a Friday. There was an issue with the forms for the new siting area off the porch. I called on Saturday morning at 8 AM leaving a voice message with Jacquie and not really expecting a response till Monday morning. Within 3 hours Flavio, the owner, came out and he saw what I was talking about and promised a crew would be out early Monday to correct it. At 7:45 Monday morning the crew came out and corrected the issue to our complete satisfaction. The following day the concrete was poured as scheduled. The whole project turned out great and looks FANTASTIC, exceeding our expectations!! We have had numerous compliments by neighbors. Both crews; the tear out & form placement crew and the concrete pouring crew, showed up as scheduled, were professional, performed outstanding workmanship and left the work area clean upon work completion."

When we finalized the contract Josh gave us dates when they would be able to start the driveway as weather permitted. Josh kept to those dates and again explained how this was going to work and that the driveway would be completed in 2 days. Everything went as planned. "Our paver patio was set on a poorly installed, damaged concrete foundation that was in place before we owned our home. Chris and his crew meticulously restored the concrete and reused all of our pavers which were still in good shape. "A warning about this concrete company. When we did business with them their company name was Madewell Concrete. Theyâ ve now changed to Concrete Driveway Company. At first everything looked good. During the summer we noticed a crack that goes completely from one side to the other. I contacted the company and was told they would honor the 10 year warranty and was sent an online claim form. I completed the claim form and submitted it 9/11/24. I promptly received a confirmation. We were told to expect a response within 14 business days. We waited until 10/4 and called. Were told the â production managerâ would contact us. Never heard from anyone. Called again 10/14. Told weâ d get an email from â Schedulingâ . No email info yet! Weâ ve been patient, but now think we are being put off because they donâ t intend to do anything about our problem. We want others to know about this company and their warranty practices. Donâ t fall for their sales pitch. Itâ s obviously worth nothing. Makes me think that maybe this is why they felt the need to change their company name. ð ¤"

"Tim and his father did a great job replacing a couple squares of sidewalk at our home that were done improperly by a different contractor. They got me an estimate and fit me in their schedule quickly, all while doing the work the right way at a fair cost. I would definitely ask them to do additional work in the future and recommend them if you need concrete or masonry work as well. They are also licensed in Columbus and insured. Before hiring any vendor to do work at your home, I highly recommend you verify both of those things. I came across a number of other concrete vendors who did not have either or both of those documents and some were less than forthcoming about it."

"David actually came and measure the job to be done instead of giving me an estimate based on a satellite image of the driveway as several other vendors had done. He and his crew showed up on time on the day of the installation and were very professional in the removal of the old driveway and the installation of the new one. They took great care in making sure our invisible dog fence remained operational & intact. We were impressed with the clean-up they did at the end of the job. My wife & I are very please with the results of this company's work. We would highly recommend them for any driveway work."
