Today, Zach from Van Martin came out to look at the issue. After climbing on the roof and inspecting the area, he said the roof looked fine from above. He then looked in the attic and determined that the problem was not the roof and suggested I obtain HVAC services to look at the plumbing in the attic. I'm really grateful that he didn't just assume it was a problem with the vent stack. Customer Service was quick and effortless and there was no charge for coming out to look at it . Matt also inspected my siding and found wind damage. He also addressed the drywall damage from the leaky roof.
