"Overall it was excellent. They were very careful about making sure that we selected the right combination of products for a pool meant for a good lifestyle. They took into consideration that we had small children. We had a pool forty years ago and had steps that were narrow. So they put in a trim tile so that the steps could be identified easily. They were able to start my job in about a week after we made our decision of the renovation. The owner was actually a woman. They completed the renovation within four days. I thought that was pretty good. She came by everyday to check on the work. I thought the price was reasonable. The materials they used were very good. "I made two appointmens with this contractor and he failed to show up. The first appointment was to stop by at a specific time to evaluate the project. He didn't show up. I called again and he did show up to evaluate and he quoted $300 and I accepted and he scheduled a time to begin the work and again never showed up at the scheduled time. I received no phone calls to indicate why he didn't show up or to reschedule the work."
