"Our property was in desperate need of a complete landscape overhaul. We contacted J & P Brothers Landscaping through their website and received a fast reply the next morning. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. Throughout the planning stage, Juan provided us with concept drawings, plant recommendations and paver ideas. Our project was big, and it included new steps for our back door, as well as two 50’ garden walls on the front and side. The planning was a collaborative effort and did take some time because we wanted to ensure it included every single thing we were looking for. It was well worth it in the end. Each day the crew worked on our project, either Juan or his brother, Percy was onsite to manage the process. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. They accommodated our every request, no matter how small. As the project progressed, we made several changes along the way. J & P went with the flow and made sure everything was just right. Rob and crew removed all debris, built new chimney, inspected 30 yr. old chimney shaft and suggested liner(for safety and code compliance) .installed new damper, cleaned up entire area inside and out. great work, very courteous, fair price. Said he can fix my existing pond I told him I want bigger he mapped out the pond of my dreams. His guys started the job and didnâ t leave until job was done. We even had a very small problem within 48hrs Hector had guys fix problem. His guys were very respectful they were always in masks even tho I didnâ t care if they were. They cleaned up everything then next day Hector came by showed us how to run everything then he walked around yard making sure the waterfall sound was perfect from all spots in yard also gave us web site to get our koi. He does offer financing so you can get a nice pond and not having regrets on not getting what you want. We even had neighbors come by now they want pond by Hector. "We worked with David. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely professional which is hard to find these days. We had a tree which our deck was built around by the previous owner. We got tired of walking around it. David and his crew not only cut the tree but he also coverd the hole on the the deck with boards that we provided. The also cut it into smaller pieces so I could split the wood. They cleaned up their work area. They also laid out the gravel and sand base so l had a great start on installing my patio pavers.
