My wife and I found water leaking through the ceiling into a 2nd floor bedroom and even one floor lower into our laundry room. I called several roofers for what was an immediate need and Kyle called back quickly, listened to the need and came out that same day to inspect our roof. Once the problem was identified Kyle personally handled the process through insurance, the installation of a new roof, the interior repairs and follow up to make sure all was done properly. A homeowners nightmare type situation has been fully repaired and Kyle was awesome throughout the process. "I hired Titan Construction two years ago to install new siding and a new roof. Work was done to my satisfaction. The area around the house was cleaned at the end of the work day. Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several. I called Tim Niles and he sent his men out and they replaced the broken shingles at no cost to me. I highly recommend Titan Construction."
