Talked to Jose Magana (salesman) numerous times, left messages, said he would call back--never did , I had to call him back three or four times only to finally have warranty department call me back and hang up or get disconnected with no call back. I called them again a couple times with same result --hangup or disconnect. Once they have your money they no longer care about your issues. Terrible!"
