They were very professional to deal with and fit me into their busy schedule within 30 days in the middle of winter. It was a small project of 2-40 ft runs with downspouts at each end. "One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

Worked unit by unit, removing old roofing in the AM and completing deck and eave prep and new roofing installation before leaving in the evening, so as not to leave a bare roof deck overnight. Supplied several well-trained, efficient, safety-conscious, courteous crews. Thereafter, a separate crew replaced gutters and downspouts, extruding gutters on-site to precise length. Lyster did all detailed work required by the contract. Impressed me and the other board members. Our manager had used Lyster before to re-roof a similar one of his other properties and recommended Lyster."
