All details were completed before my final check was written. The head guy on the team was kind, skilled, and had a good sense of humor. Stressors for me - small glitches or adding to the project - were handled. I speak Spanish however was not confident of the communication when the leader was not on site. The house and garage were finished in 2 days. A few odds and ends were completed within the next few days and I couldn't be happier. The roof is in place, my home is snug and beautiful."

"There were some issues because some of the gutters didn't get done. There were some issues. He couldn't get to them or something like that. I think he could do better. He didn't do much let's put it like that. We have already a gutter system in place. He didn't clean all of it, I think some were too high, I don't think he had a big ladder. I can't remember the exact price. I told him we didn't need a cleaning we wanted an inspection of the gutters. It wasn't quite what I wanted."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
