He didn't show up and over the next 5 weeks did not return a single phone call. He suddenly just showed up at the house, quickly looked at the chimney and provided an estimate. While it is completely understandable that this is a very busy time and Mr. Baxter is probably covered up with work, it is inexcusable to fail to return phone calls. Customers and potential customers should be treated with more consideration and respect. We ended up going a different route and did not hire."
