"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

When repair was being done, we were very much impressed with people on the job and the excellent work. This led to our extension of contract to have much needed work to be done on our home. "Mr. Ferree arrived on schedule, had the necessary parts, saw immediately what needed to be done, completed the job in a workmanlike manner, and showed me how to use the new "sharkbite" fittings he installed--they are different than those in the rest of my house. I would not hesitate to call him again for plumbing repairs.
The only negative involved communication in advance. Apparently he was ill for a few weeks, but I was unable to get a reply for some time after I purchased the special offer. In future I will expect better communication.
