"He came to our house and gave us estimates on cleaning / polishing stone and tile in the house. He was very helpful and provide advice on what we could do ourselves. We wanted the marble floor in our entryway done. This house is about 50 years old so this floor had lots of wear. Made appt for a couple of weeks later. He came, did a beautiful job and completed it within a couple of hours. He was happy with the results and so was I. The stone and the grout looks so much better. The floor is like a mirror. <br />"

"On time, on budget, well below comparable quotes. They brought extra crew out to help with the island slab, which too six men to bring into the house and set. One section was cut short, fortunately they were able to obtain more granite from the same lot, cut a new piece and brought it out within less thana a week. Sealed and caulked all surfaces, cleaned up all debris, removed old counter and advised on how to care for the new top. Excellent work, crew was all very friendly and accomodating and worked hard. Clearly knew what they were doing. Cutouts were perfect. <br />"

"Bruce called me the morning after I contacted his company. He is the owner of the company. He arrived, punctually, that same day. I needed two corners of the space for a gas cooktop to be made larger so the new cooktop would fit into the space of the old cooktop. Bruce filed the two corners. He then sealed the corners and resealed the four sides of the cooktop space. He cleaned the work area and everything looked and fit perfectly! "**I don't have the final cost on hand. <br /> We really enjoyed working with the staff of Natural Stone--they were very professional and helpful through the process as we'd not done a home project of this sort before. The process was very simple--we went to their location to decide on edge and sink styles, they referred us to a stone warehouse, we selected the granite and Natural Stone took it from there. My only complaint would be that the installation team itself was not punctual, nor did they practice great customer service. They installed the counter fine, but left a mess in the cabinets underneath the counter top and left very roughed up dry wall that required us to hire someone else to fix it. It would have been helpful to know that would be a possibility on the front end. <br /> All in all, we do recommend Natural Stone, but more for their value and the quality of their office staff. <br />"
