"We bought an older house in the Five Points area in Huntsville and had the roof evaluated by Arkbow Roofing team. While they encouraged us to get the whole roof replaced, they strongly suggested to at least address the soft spots on our roof - meaning we had water getting in and rotting the wood. We had other quotes from “local” companies and Arkbow was not only transparent about pricing of materials but also the most reasonable price when it came to labor. Working with the owner of Arkbow Roofing – Steven Jacks – we had the team replace the entire roof. Arkbow team got the roof down to the boards, removed and fixed rotten boards, reinstalled vents properly, cut a ridge openings and installed a ridge vents, and installed ice & water shield along all the valleys too. "The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"I cannot express how easy and wonderful our experience was with Cobalt Roofing and David. Our roof had been damaged during a storm in October 2014. He was present for the insurance inspection and made sure that everything was documented. He also handled the insurance end regarding the cost and making sure we were getting what we needed.
I have never actually use my homeowners insurance, so I was unsure of what to expect. David made the process so simple. He was overly fair priced and gave us multiple upgrades and provided additional services at no cost. He did not require any upfront payment. He was exceptionally professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience.
The process (with homeowners insurance) takes time, but David was on the job immediately after the insurance approved everything. The men who did the work were efficient, considerate, and hardworking. The roof looks amazing and we are very pleased with the results.
As for the payment process, we did not pay him until after our insurance reimbursement was given to us. He did not pressure or push about anything financial and understood the time frame of using homeowners insurance claims. I was very grateful for how respectful and understanding he was.

"Our project was gutter replacement (that option wasn't presented on the site). Customer service was great. After our initial phone call, Garrett came out the next day and provided a quote. Our new gutters were installed the next week. The installation team did a great job. The gutters were installed in 2 days. Communication was great. Clean up afterward was great. They definitely met expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend or refer and will definitely use their services again when needed."
