I got a call back within a few hours of my initial inquiry. They were at my place within a few days to take measurements for an estimate.
Their price was best among four equally rated Angie's List companies (although still alot for 60 ft of fence in my opinion.)  These guys seemed eager to please and were very willing to work with me to reach a mutually agreeable price. 
BEWARE...  without lots of room to work, your flower/gardens closests to the fence will either have to be moved or will get trampled. 
On our first work day there was a minor scheduling error and the team did not show up or call.  Oh no - but wait!  The Neale brothers are completely professional. I understand errors like this happen and they were fast to apologize and make it right for me. 
Overall this small company was well worth my time and money.
The final product is beautiful and we are happy.

"mail.We originally contacted the contractor near the end of April since my wife and I wanted to get some stumps removed from our back yard and to replace the fence. We were also wondering if we needed to get the large spruce tree at the front of the house cut down since it was leaning and shedding alot of needles. Ben came out and gave us an estimate for removing the tree, grinding and removing the stumps in the yard, taking down the fence, and grading the sloping back yard, which is what we also wanted.
The quote we received was complete, and stated that it was good for 60 days. Well, work ramped up, and we weren't able to get fence quotes as well as a boundary survey completed until mid to late June after we came back from vacation.At that point, we had decided to leave the tree alone, since we were told it was healthy and not a danger. We also found a fence company we were comfortable working with.
Two days after the 60 days was up, I both telephoned and emailed the company with a revison of the original quote (minus the tree removal)  and said that I hoped that that quote was still good, and that we would like to get the work done within two weeks to coordinate with the fence contractor.
I didn't get any response, so I again left a voice mail.
I understand that it is a small family-owned business, but I would hope that someone would check both email and voice messages at least once a day.  Email is great, but it still doesn't beat the personal touch of a real person's voice on the phone.
I'd still like to hire them, and I know that I let time pass before deciding to hire them, but I would appreciate some contact, please.

The first attempt at restoring my patio with replacing the polymeric sand in all the joints didn't go as planned, largely in part of the rainy weather and perhaps some areas where the crew, in my opinion, could have done a better job. "Whenever I hire painters from Kargmans, they consistently do excellent work regardless of the project type. As with all contractors, on-site communication before, during and after the project is the key to success. Randy and his teammate (apologies, I forgot to write down your name) started this work by doing some extra prep tasks that my husband had not been able to complete. When I pointed out the areas that needed small repairs or sanding, they got to work right away and handled these tasks in a very professional manner. When it turned out that I had gotten the wrong color paint for one of the rooms (which I discovered after they had already started to paint the closet), Randy told me that there were no problems.
