"We recently had our roof replace by ROLAND'S ROOFING. I must first complement Daniel Quiroz/Project Manager, for his professionalism, responsiveness and personalized approach to our expectations. We were never rushed and had numerous questions about the choices & features of each product’s, quality, warranty and insurance benefits. The scheduling met our needs and the job was completed correctly in one day. The crew was an actual ”team” in the sense of way they worked together with minimal pauses during the teardown, installation and cleanup. When insurance issues came up, ROLAND'S will coordinate with them to get the appropriate approvals for the required job. ROLAND'S ROOFING backs their work. A recent wind event that occurred after installation had us concerned. We called Daniel and he sent a team member out to assess the roof. He found a few areas on the installation and took care of them within 24 hours. I am so glad we went with a local company that stands behind its work and the products used. They will be our first choice if any future contracting work is needed. As a homeowner familiar with the contracting issues with companies, this is one local company I would highly recommend"

"It was a bit rocky due to the city permit but they were super fast and helped us get through the process and i love the new roof!"

"The territory manager Chris Traweek was knowledgeable with roofing issues -- including proper attic ventilation. He submitted all claim forms to our insurance company. The roof was replaced in one day. The clean up was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend M & M and Chris Traweek for their ability to conduct business. The includes a thorough knowledge of the roofing industry, good communication skills, reliability and follow-up."

"Not only did they replace the shingles they said the roof was good for another 8 years. They didnt try to sell me anything they just fixed the shingles and called it a day which was nice to know. Overal I would call them if I needed anything in the future."

"They did an excellent job! I was very concerned with the landscaping getting damaged during the tear off of the old shingles, however, they managed to remove and haul away 50 squares without any damage to landscaping or property. Very impressive! They were punctual, used high quality materials, and exceeded my expectations in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Premier Roofing!"

"high quality roof that is quite attractive"

"Everything went as Gary stated it would clean up roof, replace some facia boards painted caulk. Integrity has a great system in place and the reason I chose them was communication and their product gave me a piece of mine but once the roof is done, I wouldn’t have to worry about leaks grateful for the owners, Ronald and Stephanie SUAREZ for having built a wonderful company that people can trust."

"My wife and I hired Total Home Roofing to fix our roof after Hurricane Ian. They sent out a salesman, Andy who gave an awesome sales pitch, which we fell for. From the moment they were to start, it was a nightmare. No one ever returns phone calls or even responds to an email. We had to repeatedly call and leave message after message, until finally at 9pm they decided to drop off roofing materials. What roofing company works at 9pm! When they job started, they failed to install all of my roof vents, and when I called, who knows how many times, we were told that they will be installed. My question was, how will they do they after all the shingles have been installed, and how do I know if the roof will leak. Further investigation revealed, they actually cut a new hole in my roof to install a vent, but it is actually over an electrical box. My concern there, what if it leaks and water ends up in the electrical box. As usual, I tried reaching out to the salesman to let him know, and of course there is no response. The thing is, they received their payment and now they want nothing to do with you! I am looking to reach out to the corporate office next to inform them of some shady things done by this company! Who knows what else they did wrong and failed to let us know."
