"They did a great job running gutters around the whole house (in one day). Watching these guys work, I can tell it wasn't their first rodeo! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job. My only complaint...it took a month to schedule them. I guess the good guys have plenty of work to keep them busy!"

"I received a call from Lizette within a fairly short period of time. I explained our trouble areas not knowing if the issues could be resolved with just a repair or if the gutters needed replacing. She came out within a couple days. I was given a quote for just a repair...and one for replacing our whole gutter system. Because I felt the quote was reasonable for replacing the whole system, and we did have rust issues in areas that weren't leaking yet, we decided to replace all our gutters. We were also about ready to have the exterior painted on our home so Joe and Ron worked around my, and our painter's, schedule. Good quality work and the gutters look great and match our new exterior paint."

"I was a pleasure working with everyone involved, from the estimator to the installers to the office staff. Everyone was professional, pleasant and easy to work with. I recommend this company for your rain gutter install."

"Nothing exciting here, the gutters were cleaned as promised.

"I was planning to put solar panels on my roof, so needed a roof inspection. I wanted to make sure my roof would last at least 10 more years. I selected several companies and A-1 Budget roofing responded promptly and had a good price. I found out that my existing roofing felt (tar paper) was worn and needed replacing, but my tile was in good shape and could be reused.
First, I had my roof tile cleaned to remove algae.
Then A-1 Budget roofing scheduled the work around the rain, and coordinated the installation with the solar panel company. They removed and stacked the old tile on my roof, removed the old roofing felt and replaced with two layers of 40 pound felt. They had the solar company place their brackets on the roof so they could properly seal them before they completed the re-roofing. This took several days to complete, but all was done before the rain.
They also removed some very old bird nests that were tucked under the eaves, and put up bird stop to keep those birds from nesting again. They replaced some flashing as needed and some broken tile, and when they were done all of the color matched perfectly.
The original bid was for $8500 and he had to check on permit fees from the city. The final invoice included the original $8500, minor costs of $64 for new fascia board, and $380 for roofing permit.
My new roof is warranted for 10 years, but they told me it should last another 40 - 50 years with two layers of 40 pound felt.

Had the roof inspected/repaired prior to solar installation

Great - explained all the service before starting - provided pictures and talked about what was good - and bad.  gave a complete overall assessment of the roof's condition and repaired what needed to be done..
