"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "Forgot about my reservation, rescheduled, showed up 4 hrs late.  Did not want to come because they were overbooked but did when I insisted saying that it would be weeks before I could schedule the work to be done again.  Left my tile and hardwoods floors filthy.  The grout was clean but there was dirty water all over the place.  I mopped my floors but found that the chemicals or something in the water was hard to get up.  Ended up mopping several times before the film came off.  Felt a residue left in the carpet as well.  Yuck."
