"I did a lot of research before I hired Capps to put a new roof on my home and my research paid off. From the first appointment to come out and give me a quote to the final payment when they were done I found Capps to be clear, concise, fair and professional. Although summer rains interrupted our installation, Capps worked around it the best they could. I asked them to work with me on some special issues (wanted to mount a weather apparatus on the roof and needed to coordinate with an electrician to run some cables when the roof decking was off). They were more than happy to oblige and to be honest it was a bit of an inconvenience for them. No one is sure why but some of the roofing material (that had been installed, then sat for a few days for rain to subside) didn't look right when they returned to the job. I was unaware at the time but they ripped off a large amount of material and replaced it. I certainly would never have known but it showed their integrity. I would not hesitate to recommend Capps for any roofing job if I was asked."

He helped me select strong 9/16” windows with visible transmission of 60% (thus, the outside from inside looks bright) while the solar heat gain was limited to 32% (thus, the house is protected from excessive heat). The windows are rated for +90 and -90 pressure, which is well above the Miami Dade guidelines. The doors are strong and aesthetic. In summary, I received strong, hurricane protection doors and windows that also shield me from heat and noise, move smoothly, and are visually appealing. Since rain was predicted, they came over the same day and put a temporary patch on the leaking area to hold us over until we could have the roof repaired.
