He came back a few times with design options for us. We found what we wanted. He then assigned Brian to be the frontman to our project. I got calls daily and nightly about the operations and next days plan. Brian also stopped by twice daily. The crews were great and even my neighbors were pleased with how neat, clean and polite they were. No messes ever left behind. At then end, the price was what it was agreed to be, no surprises, the pool as good if not better then we expected and no problems at all."

The staff we worked with over the phone to schedule the appointment was super friendly and kept us up to date as far as exactly when Matthew, the technician would arrive. Matthew showed up right on time and was super helpful in diagnosing the issue that we were having and we were able to implement a temporary fix right on the spot. Matthew then took the time to go above and beyond in taking a look at our pool equipment and suggesting recommendations. "Joe Saber did a fantastic job. We had a small patch that turned into a full resurface (including tile). Joe and his team worked quickly and efficiently. We decided to also put in a heater, and he facilitated the hiring of an electrician for that as well. From start to finish, he was courteous, professional, and worked to keep our costs at a minimum. He also checked in for a few months after to make sure the water was properly balanced. Would highly recommend for any pool/spa project you have!"
