"I had a broken sewer at the front of my home. They came out and fixed my issue!!! Amazing team!!!!"

"I got the referral from home advisor, and Anthony called about 3 hours later, and said he could come by in about 2 hours. About 1 ½ hours later he is at the door. he listened to my problem, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate on rodding before starting, and then cleared the drain, then gave an estimate on the other problems I had. His first priority was that my drain was cleared. He made me feel as though he really cared his work, and his customers. I will be calling him back for the minor work as soon as I can. Thanks"

"We have been using Patrick's services since 2016 in our properties as well a relative's property. He has fixed things like unclogging a drain to major sewer repairs. Patrick is always available when we call and his prices are reasonable. He is very reliable and trustworthy, has the best prices compare to other plumbers and has diagnosed problems other plumbers have missed. I cannot say enough about this company. Definitely recommend and will continue using as well."

"I called Above and Beyond Sewer and Drains regarding a bad smell coming from the drain in my kitchen. From the very beginning, Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what might be causing the issue. He walked me through the process and clearly outlined the steps his crew would take once they arrived. The team came out promptly and used a camera to assess the problem. Adrian began the work the very next day and completed the entire job that same day. He was professional, efficient, and took great care while working in my home. The job was completed neatly with no damage to my carpeting or surrounding areas. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend Above and Beyond Sewer and Drains to anyone in need of honest, professional, and high-quality drain and sewer work."

"Terrence Spranger was my plumber. His quote was fair. He was on time to the job. He replaced my hot water tank and shut off valve. He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement. He had the model and serial numbers added to my receipt for insurance purposes. He was very personable and put the customer first. He went beyond what was expected of him to do. Thank you"

"Awesome. Responded very quickly to replace garbage disposal. Explained everything clearly and were super efficient."

"When temperatures dropped to -50 with wind chill, the pipes to our basement bathroom sink froze. And as soon as everything began to thaw, (on Friday night) we found that we had a ruptured hot water pipe. Water was shooting out of the wall all over the bathroom. When it became clear that our usual plumber wasn't going to show up on Saturday, I frantically called half-a-dozen plumbers from Angie's List. Only Charlie got back to me and agreed to show up after his next job. On a day that he was clearly being overwhelmed with calls from all over the city, Charlie kept his word and showed up with his partner Dimitri. They quickly figured out there were no other leaks and repaired the pipe. On top of it, Charlie spotted two other unrelated plumbing issues in our HVAC room. They were minor now but could have turned into bigger problems down the road. His thoroughness and attention to detail allowed him to spot these hidden problems and save us headaches down the road. We had our water working in under an hour (on a Saturday evening!) and he charged a very fair price given the demands upon his time. He left our house at 5pm, his phone blowing up from other customers. I asked if he was going to have an end to the day soon, but he said he still had hours to go...he had promised other worried homeowners that he would help them today. THAT's the kind of dedication I want from my plumber. Call Charlie with confidence."

"Once they located the main drain line, they did a really job of clearing it out. However, they left the debris from the drain line in the front yard and left deep tracks in the front lawn from their equipment."

"Cleared up clogged kitchen sink, installed new kitchen faucet, repaired hardware in tub that connects shower and faucet, showed me how to clean jacuzzi, and will return to replace toilet tank mechanism. They were fast, cleaned up after each job and showed us how everything works. We were very impressed."

"Prompt service. Plumber Roy was professional and very informative. With every step, he would ask that I witness to better understand the reasoning. My only hang up was the price of the toilet removal/replacement. $250 seems steep."
