A team of two workers showed up on time, explained the task and how they'd perform it, and then set about doing it. They recommended additional work, explaining it clearly; I deferred on the additional work for now as I'm not sure it's absolutely necessary to perform it. My only complaint is that there was a permit fee that was charged for performing the work in the City of Chicago. In fairness, I was told of the fee when I booked the company's services, but if A+ Router works routinely in the City, I now question why this fee is the homeowner's responsiblity."

"Bill is a very hard working man, he was straight to the point and he was really fast and professional with his work. The first time i hired him was about a month or two ago when the basement was flooding. Bill came in a very short notice which we really appreciated because it was an emergency.
