"Sink in the kitchen was clogged, I had ( past tense) a home warranty service that dispatched a plumber to my location. He never showed, contacted them again and they sent out another plumber. This guy showed up and was totally useless. That plumber said he would stop back by on Wednesday, the first home visit was on Friday. "When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already. I immediately texted Charlie and asked him if he was available to come fix it. He replied whiting minutes and told me that he could be at my house the next day around noon. He arrived at 12:30 the next day and started working on my air conditioner. He had to cut the drainage pipes because they were clogged and were causing the water to leak. "Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"Mattco has been performing repairs and regular plumbing maintenance at my 116 year old Chicago 2-flat for many years. Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot.
