"Matt Skubiz team from Dream Home Exteriors did a phenomenal job. My roof required a double tear off and partial plywood underlayment replacement. His team of very hardworking roofers came and finished everything in one day! Very importantly, a few things really to Matt's credit and all the people that work for him. Phone calls promptly returned, usually within minutes. Start to finish in one day. Took proactive steps to protect the landscape, central air, garage doors, etc... Cleaned up! Did a really good job at cleaning up. Several of my neighbors commented to me as well that they were impressed at how well of a job they did. I also had 1 piece of aluminum fascia that needed replacement which they replaced and matched very well to existing that had been put up about 17 years ago. I sought out bids from multiple roofers, with Matt's being the most competitive, despite 1 of the other bids using exactly the same materials. Matt also has a greater detailed contract, spelling out clearly what's included, so you don't have to guess. Some of the other contracts I reviewed were not very complete, nor as professional looking. He has a very well rounded approach from start to finish and respectful as well. Because my work schedule makes me crazy, I scheduled John and another company to bid on my roof at the same time. Did John get mad? Nope. He just got up on my roof and left his card and told me he'd email me an estimate while Joe Roof Salesman tried selling me a roof that costs twice as much while taking an hour and a half of my time. "I reached out to Jesus via Angie's List and he replied almost immediately. He was so unbelievably polite and professional and also scheduled an appointment within days to come and give me an estimate. After looking at my roof AND providing pictures of the damage (before he left) I realized that there was more damage than I initially thought which needed repairing. Jesus gave me a VERY fair and competitive price for all of the work. We scheduled the work for right away because he knew there was a lot of rain expected this week and he didn't want the damage to get worse and possibly cost me more money to repair. His guys came and did all of the work yesterday and Jesus provided pictures of all of the completed work. Furthermore, when I had a few questions while his guys were here, I text him and he text me back immediately with answers plus called his guys to make sure we were all on the same page. " Installed 16 windows in June 2013.  Almost 4 years later (Jan., 2017) one of the windows cracked.  Called Albar and sent a text photo of the cracked window.  They said it was a pressure crack and ordered a replacement from the factory.  They called me when it was ready.  I picked it up. They showed me how to remove the damaged window and put in the new one.  It was very simple even for a woman in the 60s with no construction experience (although you can have it done for you for a service fee).  I popped out the old one and popped in the new one.  No Charge.  This company is there for you even long after the sale is completed."
