Anthony was here within the hour, made an assessment, gave me a quote and, despite the developing storm system, agreed to proceed with purchasing the needed materials and, if the storm had passed, work into the evening. The job included replacing the meter box, installing a riser, and installing a grounding system. With the assistance of Mike, another 24-7 technician, the two of them worked diligently and I had power before midnight. Anthony and Mike were both friendly and professional, answered my many questions, and provided additional information. I was very upset about the situation and stressed about having to find a hotel for me and my dog.
