"We've used HC Plus Flooring to re-tile our bathroom floors and shower surrounds in the past and found their work to be excellent so when the time came to install LVP flooring on our first floor and staircase, tile our powder bath and laundry room and repair our upstairs wood flooring we felt confident in working with them again. Luis and Leo were again very professional while managing the project and helpful with design ideas. They and their crew are true craftsmen. Our house flows diagonally from the dining room into the family room so we chose to install our LVP at a 45 degree angle and they knocked it out of the park. The staircase looks wonderful, the tile work is, once again, beautiful and the repair work to our wood floor is undetectable. Two weeks later and we are still in awe every time we enter our home. We could not be happier with their work."

"Sam replaced did our floors, kitchen, stairs. Quality of service was below. He installed th backsplash on the kitchen and damaged the walls and I asked him to fix it and he said he does touch ups at the very end. Painted the stairs and made a mess. Said he cleans in the end. Installed plank floors and didn?t level the concrete under it. Painted the house and missed alot of spots. In the end when he was suppose to do the details, he gave me a story about how he?s short on cash and need me to pay him the balance. I should not have done it. But I felt bad and gave it to him and never saw him again. He left a lot of little things all around the house for me to fix. I will never do business with Sam. Unprofessional and unethical. "

"Had a small transition/threshold area that needed some adjustment due to a minor leak a year ago. It was a tripping hazard that I'd neglected for too long. Called the Palacios team out to help and they were able to quickly get things fixed up including a new threshold board that was stained and sealed to match the existing work. Everything looks really good! Service was incredible. Had a small issue that needed a touch-up and they returned within 12 hours of my report to get it knocked out. Left everything cleaner than before. Would definitely recommend."

But Luis the owner has been responsive from day one and actually came back with a reasonable quote. Now our wood floor returns to normal once again thanks to the hard work of Luis’ crew. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
