Was constantly asked for more money out of my pocket for building permit, dump truck and additional suplies which I feel should have been included in initial price that I was quoted. Showed no consideration for surrounding property such as plants, fencing, solar lights, etc. that were destroyed. "We are particularly impressed with this repair.  Our representative arrived as scheduled and went right to work.  The concrete at the base of each post was sanded.  It was explained that water enters the concrete through the hollow portion of the metal post.  After cleaning out the damaged material, a concerete patch was applied.  The patch was allowed to cure for 24 hours.  The next day the representative returned.  The cured patch was then covered with a silicone sealant.  Holes were drilled at the base of each post and silicone was injected to protect the concrete below.  Clean up was complete and the area at the base of each post looks great! <br />"
