Laione and crew replaced underlying rotten wood and placed protective tape over the top. They then put the Trex we had back. They also made changes to the design that we asked for. Some of the new design was tricky to do over the original framing, but it turned out great! He was very upfront and honest about what was needed and possibly needed every step of the way as more rot was uncovered. We liked his work so much we also had him pour a new walkway, replace a skylight, paint a roof and build landscape steps like a photo I provided, and it turned out even better. I would hire him and his crew when we need more work done!"
