He came in to look at what needed to be done beforehand and discussed it with me and came up with a price that I accepted. Once that happened, he sent out a written quote detailing the work that would be done and our agreed upon price. Clayton and staff were came on time when they said they would be there, and his communication skills were outstanding. When he was working on grouting the kitchen sink, he noticed that the screws were rusting and contacted me to let me know that he recommended changing it out. Then he found that the rust was spreading to the entire sink and recommended changing it to prevent further damage. I so appreciated his alerting me to other tasks that could become problems later on so that I could address them early. The work was done to satisfaction and even my tenants commented on how easy he was to work with.
